To be an Outpost 106 Royal Rangers Commander you must :
- Be a born-again Christian, well-grounded in the Word of God,
- Be Loyal to the church,
- Have habits and ideals above reproach,
- Like boys and enjoy working with them,
- Have a consistent testimony in daily Christian living
- Be able to lead and delegate authority
- Possess good judgment
- Be willing to accept responsibility
- Command the respect of other men and women
- Cooperate with the program of the church
- Take leadership training
- Be 21 years of age or older (Lieutenant commanders must be 18 or older.)
